Transworld Systems and their new software MARS (Medical A/R Solution) has saved our billing staff considerable time by automating what was formerly a manual process of printing and faxing patient financial records to Transworld, our patient collections partner. We feel that the system has been successful at allowing the collectors to focus on what they do best - collecting. We were introduced to Transworld Systems in July 2001. Since that time Transworld has collected over $600,000 for our office in delinquent insurance claims with their insurance recovery program. I would like to take this opportunity to express my excitement about your product, MARS. We are a single doctor practice with minimal employees. When I was 1st approached about MARS, I was somewhat skeptical on how it could really help me and my practice. I am a long time user of Medical Manager and really didn't want to part with the Collections module. However, now, I can't imagine working collections without MARS and TSI. The program was so easy to learn; and in minutes a day I am to work all my Insurance and Patient Due accounts.
